Founder Florence Letcher Toms on the Auction Block

This is my interpretation of the pure greatness of our Founders, I picked Founder Florence Letcher Toms from the herstoric Howard University photo of 19 of the 22 founders.  But the way she is standing  and looking at the camera.  I thought about them as little girls and all that they had seen and had overcome. You see it in this photo.  This Art piece is a delicate faux carnation real silk flower, inside the vase is crystalized cotton, the piece is adorn with satan and a ruby colored gem to symbolized her sorority pin.  This Art piece was created as a part of the 2025 Founders' Day celebration in the Delta D.E.A.R. Café Exhibit.
